As
Ghost Hunters you want to be both scientific and logical. There are
many tools used in this field. You dont have to have expensive equipment
to be a successful Ghost Hunter. Here are some of the basic needs to
conduct a full investigation and here is some of the equipment we use
in the field.

A
regular VHS hand held camcorder. We use these for interviews and
for backup. They come in handy when there is no power. |

A
regular VCR. You can hook up one camera along with a small audio
camera. This is the old-fashioned way, but it works just as well,
and is not as expensive. |

A
CCTV 5200 DVR 4 channel. This system is great for home and business
investigations. |

An
audio-only camera. This one about one inch, and works well. |
 |
Most
investigators use a digital camera which we do use, but I use a
35 mm camera for infared photography, which I am able process and
develop myself. |

| Regular
tape recorders for backup, interviews, lectures, meetings, etc.
You can use these for EVP with running water or some kind of background
noise. Again it works and is less expensive. |
